Animal Farm by George Orwell
Summary:
Animal Farm is an allegorical story about a group of farm animals who rebel against their human owner, hoping to create a society based on equality and freedom. Initially, all animals work together and follow rules that promote fairness. However, as time passes, the pigs, who take leadership roles, begin to gain more power and slowly change the rules for their own benefit. The other animals are misled and manipulated, and the farm eventually becomes as unfair as it was before. The story shows how power can corrupt leaders and how easily people can be controlled if they are not aware.
My Experience:
I found this book very interesting and thought-provoking. It is not just a story about animals, but also a reflection of real-life society and politics. The way the author has used animals to represent human behavior is very clever. This book made me think about the importance of equality, honesty, and awareness. I learned that people should question authority and not blindly follow leaders. Overall, I really enjoyed reading this book and found it meaningful.
