This book is all about Margaret, a girl who is of no religion because her father is Jewish and her mother is Christian. She is given the choice of choosing her religion and she also given a project on it.
She visits temples and churches to decide which religion to choose. But she could not find God anywhere. She only find God when she is alone. She talks to God every night. She even goes for confession, but gets frightened and leaves. Near the end, Margaret loses belief in God because she does not get what she desires. But in the end she gets it and then she believes in God again. Margarat choose not to be of any religion.
I loved the part where Margaret have the conversation with God. The book is not one of the must reads, but it is a good read.
