George's Cosmic Treasure Hunt is a book written by the world renowned scientist Stephen Hawking and his daughter Lucy Hawking. This is sequel to George's Secret Key To The Universe and is the prequel to George and The Big Bang. The main characters of the book would make a long list as almost all the characters play and important role. But just for the record the protagonists are George, Annie, Emmet, Eric and  the super Computer Cosmos.

Most of us think that Stephen Hawking cannot write a book for children as he is a great scientist and that he can only write books like A Brief History Of Time and books on Black Holes. But after reading this book, I had a change of mind because the book clearly is for children and it has many interesting facts about the greatest mystery known to man, the Universe. The book starts by Annie going to America as her father had got a post in the new Mars Mission. After a few months, George gets an e-mail from Annie telling an Emergency. He goes there and finds Emmet along with her who is a cousin of Annie. After witnessing the launch of a spaceship and also seeing the malfunctioning of Homer, a Mars Rover, the three of them fix Cosmos, a super computer which can open portals to space to find what the problem with Homer is and also who is the person who sent the mysterious threatening message that tells is they don't follow what it says, the Earth won't have any future. The book also has may pictures and fact files of the Universe and altogether this is a wonderful book. So, grab this book and join the three in an adventure through space and also to know more about the mysteries of the Universe.
