THE ADVENTURES OF TINTIN-THE BROKEN EAR

THE BROKEN EAR

Author:-Herge
Publishers:-Egmont
ISBN:-978-1-4052-2896-1

'Tintin and the Broken Ear' is the sixth volume of 'The Adventures of Tintin' written by the Belgian cartoonist Herge. This book is preceded by 'The Blue Lotus' and succeeded by 'The Black Island'.

A fetish created by the Arumbaya tribe is stolen from the Museum of Ethnography. Tintin becomes interested in this matter and tries to bring back the fetish along with his fox terrier Snowy. Tintin leaves for the city of San Theoders for solving the mystery after a murder of a sculpter. There a lot of mysteries and adventures takes place. The book has a very interesting theme and climax. I liked the book because of the story and the writing style of the author. I hope that more students read the book .
