The Sleeping Beauty in the Wood by Charles Perrault

Sleeping Beauty is a classic fairy tale, most famously adapted by Disney in 1959, about Princess Aurora, who is cursed by an evil fairy (Maleficent) to fall into a deep sleep, only to be awakened by true love's kiss. Based on tales by Charles Perrault and the Brothers Grimm, the story centers on the princess's 16th birthday, a spindle-induced curse, and a prince's quest to save her.

The book was very interest to read. Reading the Sleeping Beauty story is often a delightful experience. It's a classic fairy tale filled with magic, and themes of good versus evil. While the Disney version is widely known, many versions exist, including those by the Brothers Grimm and Charles Perrault, each offering a slightly different perspective. The words in the book was simple and easy to understand.
