Horrid Henry and the secret club is the second book in Horrid Henry series. It is hit by the author, Francesca Simon and illustrated by amazing Tony Ross. The book includes four stories- Horrid Henry’s injection, Horrid Henry and the secret club, Perfect Peter’s Horrid day and Horrid Henry’s birthday party.
In Horrid Henry’s injection, his friends and his brother are waiting for him to get injection. In this title, when the Nurse needle [ name of the nurse] called Henry’s name , he is scared but soon enough to get out of injection.
In next story – Henry and secret club, Henry causes so many problems which leads to Margret banning Susan from the club. Henry has a dispute with Peter [ his brother] which leads him being kicked out. Henry and Margret have plans to get back at each other.
Perfect Peter’s Horrid day: Perfect Peter never gets noticed for being perfect, while Henry gets noticed for being Horrid. Then Peter gets an idea, that he is going to be Horrid for one day.
Horrid Henry’s Birthday party: Henry can’t wait to go to Lazer zap that is until they say he is banned from going there. This changes, the party will be held at Henry’s house.
I loved this book very much. Horrid Henry’s comedy will make my stomach ached with laughter…
